Abstract (EN)
The investment incentive system and subsidies are aid or discounts offered by entrepreneurs for growth and development within countries' economic programs. The incentives and subsidies that increase national income, provide new employment opportunities, reduce regional development disparities and adapt to sectoral growth targets are an important tool for governments. Government incentives and subsidies, while at the forefront of governments policies to encourage economic development, can have an impact on economic development on the one hand and social and political life. At this point, incentives and subsidies applied by investors to the states are as much economic and social as well as political. In this study, investment incentives and subsidies were mainly evaluated in terms of social, political and economic aspects.
