The effecting factors of inward foreign direct investments in Turkey (Sectoral comparisons)

In this master thesis study, concept of foreign direct investment, economic, politic and business facilitation determinants which are decisive factors on foreign direct investment decisions and the contributions of foreign direct investments into a country's economy has been explained in detail. Also, domestic and foreign empirical literature about economical effects of foreign direct investments has been reviewed, methods, variables and results which were used in analyses has been examined comprehensively. For this purpose, 1995 – 2012 term time has based on for determine foreign direct investments in Turkey affects sectors in which way, how, and were there any same ecomical effets under the political consideration. Four models has created for ordinary least squares method to perform analyses. Due to analyses results, it's possible to say that same economic effects hasn't seen on the sectors which were invested by foreign investors in Turkey, and the political stability has affected otherwise than the expected.
