Abstract (EN)
Throughout the history of humanity, there have been various migrations due to multiple reasons or voluntarily in line with the wishes of people. Migration is the geographical movement of people from one place to another. Apart from these migration movements for hours, their better thoughtfulness when they are inside the ground in highly useful bodies such as political, walls, religious fashions; a better job education, such as education level education, may seem inadequate. These migration movements of people create various positive or negative effects on them. Generally, people who are forced to migrate face negative situations such as various cultural problems and social adaptations in the countries they go to. This situation can be solved more easily in voluntary migrations. When we look at the Meskhetian Turks, which constitute the sample of our subject, we can clearly see that they basically reflect the negative effects of exile. They were exiled from Ahiska region their homeland within the borders of present Georgia, with the decision of Stalin in 1944, and they were exiled from their lands to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan regions of Central Asia. Meskhetians, who faced various problems and violations of rights in the countries they were exiled from, expressed their desire to immigrate to Turkey, which they see as their homeland, at every period and at every opportunity. In line with the resettlement decision taken by Turkey, some Meskhetian Turks, who were brought to Turkey from the former Soviet countries with a decision adopted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly for the first time in 1992, were settled in Igdır. After the settled migration, people immigrated to Turkey as free immigrants by their own means and settled in many big cities such as Bursa, Istanbul, Antalya, and Izmir. These migrations still continue today. In study, it is aimed to deal with the problems that the qualified Meskhetian Turks who immigrated to Turkey face in their working life after they migrate. The most significant factor they need to survive after emigrating is to find a job to work. While this situation is a little easier for non-professional people, the situation is different and difficult for qualified professionals. The study group of this research, which was carried out with a qualitative research design, consists of twenty-one Meskhetian Turks who immigrated to Turkey from the former Soviet countries they lived in after the migration and reside in the provinces of Antalya and Bursa. The research was conducted by doing face-to-face interviews with twelve female and nine male participants. The findings obtained from the participants were analysed using the Nvivo 12 Pro qualitative research analysis program. The themes created as a result of the analysis were subjected to Kappa analysis by taking expert opinion in order to increase the validity and reliability of the study. The data obtained from this study were evaluated in the conclusion part of the study.
