Abstract (EN)
Too many people who had to leave their country due to various reasons have caused adverse outcomes in respect of international community and destination countries. By the 21th century, the international disputes, civil wars and the pressure authorities brought along the illegally use of force of the governments directed to their citizens and refugee movements around the world. This is why it is worth to consider the concepts of asylum seeker and refugee due to the subject matter of the human and interaction between human being and the state. In this context, we've briefly touched the history of the law of asylum and drew the general framework of the subject, considered the process institutionalization at an international level in this thesis. Additionally, national rule of law of the Turkey related to law of asylum and the legal status of the asylum seekers who fled to Turkey right after the Syrian civil war has been explained. More importantly, the quality and competence of the services provided in the tent cities by The Prime Ministry Disaster Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) has considered. As research method, literature related to law of asylum were reviewed and the method of fieldwork has been implemented intended to the tent cities in Gaziantep province which are most intensive camps of asylum seekers in east of the Turkey.
