Abstract (EN)
This study was prepared to demonstrate and search public relations activities of recently developing Malls? in Turkey. In the aggregate, five malls? public relations activities was investigated from Turkey and abroad. Public relations was examined how it is used in malls as a marketing tool. After doing the literature search about the research subject, qualitative research methods were used due to the fact that there are not any studies about this subject in this field. It had been an interview with malls? officials and made field survey as a qualitative research methods. In the study, it is found out that foreign malls are more experienced than from malls in Turkey but it is also found that Turkish malls introduce successful workouts as well as foreign malls. In this study, it had been seen that public relations activities of Turkish malls? is consist of social responsibility, sponsorship or event projects predominantly and it is frequently used to improve corporate image.
