Poverty and regional reflections in turkey

The problem of poverty that affects people and societies throughout history has been evaluated in this study. The explanation of poverty and the change in time, to the differences between societies and reflections by region in Turkey were examined. Firstly the lack of a single definition of poverty concept adopted by everyone and poverty vary according to the different measurement methods have been examined, then the factors that led to the emergence of poverty was discussed ın the study. Then, a basic information about the implementation of policies in the world regarding the solution of the poverty problem is given. To cope with the problem of poverty after what kind of policies he implemented in Turkey, the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, the General Directorate of Social Assistance was evaluated through data. Finally, using the TurkStat data, the reflections on poverty between regions of Turkey were investigated by means of tables and maps. Turkey to discuss the implementation of the policy is how effective it is emphasized that poverty is required.
