Abstract (EN)
With the rise of capitalism in the globalized world, commercial relations between the countries of the world and institutions and organizations that pursue international commercial purposes have gained importance recently and cooperation between countries has come to the fore. Considering the importance of globalization and capitalism, which have changed the world trade cycle, the commercial relationship between Turkey and Iran, two countries with strategic and strategic importance, is examined within the scope of this study. The commercial relations between the two countries have been fluctuating from past to present. The factors that cause this situation are sometimes due to political and sometimes commercial relations between the two countries. As a requirement of democracy, the change of state administration on the Turkish and Iranian sides is of great importance in the position and course of the commercial relations between the two countries. In addition to the political situation, sanctions from countries such as the United States of America (USA) and the European Union and crises within the country or in the world greatly affect it. Especially the sanctions against Iran have affected the commercial relations between the two countries. Commercial relations are formed and developed as a result of the combination of the factors we have just mentioned. Despite the negative situations mentioned above, some disabled and semi-disabled products between Turkey and Iran are increasing. In particular, products with high energy potential such as electricity, natural gas, oil show an increase in the commercial relations between the two countries.
