Abstract (EN)

Many countries preferred regional and local establishment of the GNSS-based Continuous Operating Reference Stations (CORS) in order to provide increased accuracy up to the centimeter scale to the end-users which is obtained from satellite-based positioning systems. With a similar approach TUSAGA (Turkey National Permanent GPS Stations Network) Active (CORS-TR) project is established and became operational in our country. The project aims to determine a position in a Real Time Kinematic (RTK) way all over the Turkey.Purpose of this study is to determine the differences between RTK (Real Time Kinematics) method and Static method (which is benefiting from CORS Station Points and post-processing) in terms of position and sensitivity. In this sense a test network is selected on campus area and calculations are based on the selected landmark points to calculate coordinates in real-time and measuring the same landmark point with both methods.TUSAGA Active (CORS-TR) project has a wide spectrum of application areas; such as production of maps, cadastral work, vehicle tracking systems and national defense. This study will provide the reliability of TUSAGA Active (CORS-TR) project by determining the accuracy of the location information obtained from TUSAGA Active (CORS-TR) stations.
