Abstract (EN)
In this study the use of three-axis CNC machine tools,in the marble sector, is intended to be reviewed. For this purpose, Three Axis CNC milling machine tools is designed and is manufactured by first of Afyon Kocatepe University Scientific Research Project Commission. One of the purposes of manufacturing three-axis CNC machine tools is to use device's electrical, mechanical and marble sections of students by educational and research purposes after thesis study.In this study, consumption of electrical energy used in cutting marble cutting parameters and the effects of this consumption was examined. High-frequency motor?s energy analysis is made while processing different marbles in different speeds.The graphical data were obtained by comparing the calculated values. The energy analyzer is used as a measurement equipment to obtain the experimental datas.Experiments in the cutting depth, speed and rotational speed of spindle motor and the average active power is a review of the impact on electrical energy. As a result, the appropriate cutting parameters can be determined to optimize the energy consumption was seen.
