Abstract (EN)

The mechanization of production accelerates the development of the country and the development of the economy. Together with the advancing technology, the classical workbenches used in production stages are replaced by CNC machines. The method used in manufacturing the material; good selection of the type of tool and machine. Computerized Numerical Control is a mechanical system that requires a mechanical operation, simple part functions are provided by providing simple NC functions and commands are processed by using the computer as a control element. Since the increase in the production volume of the manufacturing industry increases the need for more sensitive, more and better quality products, many products are manufactured by using CNC machines. These changes have expanded the use of computer controlled looms in various sectors. In this study, three axis CNC machine design was made. Design parameters for the production of the machine were determined and the necessary calculations were made. Selected electronic and mechanical materials were introduced and precision analysis of the machine was performed. As a result, three axis CNC machine is manufactured and work pieces are processed.
