A three axis type of table cnc milling machine design and manufacturing

The information processing technology is developed very fast today in allareas. The development in information processing technology causes importantchanges especially in manufacturing industry. With these changes, universalmanufacturing workbenches shift their places to the computer numerical controlmanufacturing systems.In this study, the required parameters for designing andmanufacturing of a three-axis CNC milling machine are determined. With theseparameters, the static and dynamic calculations which are necessary to designCNC milling machine are done. According to these calculations, the drawings ofmachine parts are carried out using a three-dimensional drawing program. Themetal pieces are manufactured at tool machines used in industry. The bearing-system which are used in the machine is bought as prepared, and then the systemis assembled. The actuation system of the CNC milling machine is provided bystep motors. The electric control of the CNC milling machine is performed withthe step motor drivers and a controller card.
