Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Voltage and current measurement, System controlling, Rectifier, ARM microcontroller. In this study, it's aimed to open loop control and measure three-phase input currents and voltages of three-phase rectifier device which is used for the purpose of material sintering and coating; Microcontroller based control of the system is done by measuring the output voltage and current. In this way, the system has been checked to provide the required electrical dynamics for the intended purpose. In the analysis of the input characteristics of the system, voltage measurements were calculated by the voltage measurements were calculated by means of the voltage drop method and the voltage level was reduced to the levels that the microcontroller would detect and the reference voltage was calculated. The input currents are measured with current transformer's conversion ratio by the microcontroller. In order to adjust the output currents and voltages, the signals taken from the Digital Analog Converter (DAC) pins of the microcontroller are applied to the electronic circuit control pins on the device by applying the necessary amplifier elements and the desired reference currents and voltages are produced for the output of the device. The output current and voltage signals of rectifier system are isolated from the control card return ends and the necessary calculations are made and the controllability of the system is ensured. The datas obtained during the operation of the system can be recorded at regular intervals with the help of SD card, and if desired, the characteristics of the system can be examined.
