Özet (EN)

This thesis study which analyses the body language in the film ?Three Monkeys?, aims to search the different aspects of the body language and its usage within the film by showing examples of visual elements. The body language, that is the most important but least known element of communication, is the most significant means of expression of the human even before his birth. The reactions of a fetus to its mother?s feelings and the outside noises are clear indication of this issue. Determined to examine the positive and negative effects of accurate and inaccurate use of the physical indicators in communication, within this process, the study also examines the communication and indicator concepts and these concepts? relations with cinema. The data, concerning the physical movements of the characters in the film, gathered with qualitative research methods.Two species of humanity, namely the woman and man, reflect their physiological and psychological differences to their body language. The study in which the differences of women and men using their body language are assessed, observed that the very same feelings are being expressed with different indicators by two sexes. Body language is humankind?s most important treasure. The proper use of this treasure leads to success, while misuse brings failure and unhappiness.Key Words:1.Communication,2.Indicator,3.Body Language,4.Cinema,5.Three Monkeys.
