Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, it is aimed to investigate the mechanical design and structural analysis of the cooling pump which is going to be used in the aerospace industry. As this product is intended to be used in the aerospace industry, lightweight design is also considered an important criterion, as well as providing the required performance in structural design. It is investigated in detail to make sure that it does not cause any structural weakening. In addition, the necessary design steps for the pump type are also revealed. ANSYS was used as a finite element analysis software. Results were obtained for the analysis of the parts in shrink fit contact relation at different temperatures, modal analysis, random vibration and shock analysis for X,Y and Z axis. Finally, Steinberg's theory was used to determine the fatigue life of the product in random vibration.
