Abstract (EN)

Affected by natural and human-induced factors may damage aircraft structures over time and this may lead to serious problems of safety. Discontinuities which can cause damage is determined by the non-destructive testing methods at the initial period. Determination of discontinuities allows performing necessary repairs. The main factor in the preparation of the thesis is the importance and indispensable place in the aviation sector of non-destructive testing method. This paper firstly introduces general structural aircraft parts and materials and then describes the non-destructive testing methods. One of these inspection method referred to in the relevant sections are eddy currents. The inspections of the aircraft structural parts are often used in eddy current method. Eddy current controls are described in the next section. In the next chapter eddy current inspection techniques are examined which are often used in the inspection of aircraft aluminum structural parts. In the last part of the thesis, the application work done on the subject takes place.
