Abstract (EN)

As it is well known that although labour of workers are one of the production factors in working life, all other factors are generally in the hands of employer and in terms of employer-employee relations; employees are always considered as the weaker party and employers are considered as the powerful party. In this regard, labour has been used as slaves even before two hundred and fifty years in the history of mankind and reflection of this effect can be seen today. Thus, sustainability of development of social government and the weakest circle of this relationship has been tried to be protected by government and laws. Undoubtedly, main subject of this protection is wage since labour is important and it is the fundamental of relationship between employer and employee. Through passage from slavery to waged labour, wage labour has been tried to be protected either with international law agreements or national law, In this paper, international law and national law which protects wage were applied and protective regulations and implementations shall be tried to find to protect wage. Considerable flaws in implementation will be tried to be expressed. At this point, importance of wage of workers and the actual position of it shall be emphasized.
