Using network analysis, existing collaborations and communication networks can be delineated stylistically and related features such as centrality, betweenness and density can be determined National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) is a technological network developed on the basis of cooperation between agencies. Preparations for this infrastructure continue in our country and in order to get tangible data related with NSDI awareness and sensation style of agencies that use spatial data, sharing of spatial data between agencies, a pilot study was conducted on the basis of Uşak city. In this study, social aspect of relationship between the spatial data producing public institutions, local governments, private sector and all sectors working with spatial data was investigated. Operation system carried out by agencies whithout being connected particular rules was tried to be proven by means of ?social Networks?. Survey was conducted face-to-face with agencies and questions were chosen to shed light on issues such as "collaborations within the network", "data sharing" potential, reliability, and "decision-making process" .İnthis way, it was aimed to exhibit present operation in Uşak city ambidextrously. The obtained networks were evaluated and, suggestions about NSDI thougt to be useful on the National extent and could show the way were made.
