Abstract (EN)
Various new substituted naphthopyrane compounds were synthesized through a one-pot condensation of substituted benzaldehydes with ß-naphthol and 1, 3-dione compounds in the presence of Cu(OTf)2 using ultrasonic irradiation and conventional heating.The structures of the obtained new compounds have been clarified by spectroscopic methods (FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and GC-MS) after the purification processes.Key words: Naphthopyrane, Xanthene, one-pot condensation, triflate, Ultrasonic-assisted reaction
