Abstract (EN)
Organizations have becoma an international structure, exceeding country borders as a result of globalization. Today, customers of organizations are the citizens of the world. Regardless of national of international organization, their importance is huge in terms of satisfaction of staff The universe of this study, named as "Satisfaction and Performance of Staff in International Organizations" is formed by individuals working in international organizations in İstanbul. The sample, on the other hand, is formed by 293 individuals who volunteered to take part in the study. A survey that included 3 sections was used. In the first section were there multiple-choice 8 questions that aimed at examining demographic information. The second section included Minesota Work Satiation Scale was used to determine participants' work satiation levels. The last section included 6 questions to determine their performance. the data were analyzed via SPSS. Frequency and percentage values were calculated for categorical variables. Median, standard deviation and means were given for constant variables. Normal distribution analysis of them was done by Kolmogorov Smirnov test. A regession analysis was conducted for causal relationships. As a result, there was no statistically significant difference between performance level and gender. It was found out that there was a significant difference between external satiation level and age and that no significant difference between performance level and age. All in all, it was seen that workers' satisfaction positively accounted for their work performance.
