Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to have information about the human resources activities and processes of Bodrum Hilton, which is an international accommodation business, and to evaluate its current activities with the view of other department managers and department managers, especially human resources department managers. In this research, qualitative research method was applied by using case study pattern. The data were collected with 10 semi-structured interview forms and department managers and departmental managers. As a result of the content analysis, 4 themes, organizational, personal, sectoral and functional, and appropriate codes under each theme were determined. As a result of the research, it is determined that human resources management processes are managed effectively, human resources management is divided into two as personnel and human resources management within the organization, human resources functions, education, career planning and recruitment functions gain importance, despite the fact that they adopt the principle, however, it is concluded that the turnover rate is high due to the tourism sector.
