Abstract (EN)
Natural disasters are events that profoundly affect individuals' lives and cause economic, social, and psychological devastation on societal structures. This study examines the impacts of natural disasters, such as global warming, on nations and societies, as well as the importance of social communication in national coordination.The research explores the problems caused by communication deficiencies in disaster management and analyzes how disruptions in information flow adversely affect rescue and intervention processes. Furthermore, it emphasizes the role of accurate, rapid, and reliable information sharing in mitigating disaster damages. The findings suggest that strengthening communication infrastructure, enhancing inter-agency coordination, and improving public disaster awareness are vital for effective disaster management. In this context, an effective communication strategy can significantly reduce disaster impacts by bolstering community resilience.
