The globalization is defined in various ways within the framework of different disciplines. If considering the effects of globalization, it is a concept that has not been agreed on. The globalization is the spread of capital in the economic sphere. Globalization has adverse effects on labor as precarious Works and union organizing problems. Many types of research have shown that the working class has a working class have organized under the international union organizes reactively in the new world order shaped by neoliberal economics. Since the First International that was established after Marx and Engels' calling for the unification for all country workers in the 19th century, all of the established international trade unions until the 21st century, they have been shown as the globalization of labor. There are different approaches to international trade unionism as trade union imperialism or labor aristocracy, outside the globalization of labor. Established international organizations; It is evaluated within the framework of these approaches according to the relations with the governments, international organizations, and global capital and the activities it shows. In this study, histories and activities of international trade unions are evaluated based on literature. In multinational corporations that are important in the process of globalization, the effects of the Global Union Federations on the organization of national trade unions through international framework agreements and global industrial action activities are emphasized. The evaluation of the impact of international trade union organizations on national trade unions and mutual relations are based on empirical research. In the research, it is discussed relations between the trade unions of the transport sector in Turkey, International Transport Workers' Federation, and Europe Transport Workers' Federation, because transport sector has strategic importance in the globalization.
