Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between resilience and self-efficacy and achievement-oriented motivation in university students. 342 people, 277 females and 65 males, between the ages of 17-40, studying at the university, participated in the study. The data in the study were obtained using the Demographic Information Form, the Psychological Resilience Scale, the General Self-Efficacy Scale and the Achievement- Oriented Motivation Scale. As a result of the study, it was found that there is a significant relationship between the psychological resilience, self-efficacy and success-oriented motivation of the participants. The findings of the study are discussed and suggestions for future research are presented.
