Abstract (EN)

This study aims to reveal the effect of psychological capital and risk-taking behavior on entrepreneurial tendency in university students. For this purpose, the study was carried out with 404 students continuing their education in undergraduate and associate degree programs in universities in Turkey. Personal Information Form, Psychological Capital Scale, Risk Taking Tendency Scale and Entrepreneurial Tendency Scale were used within the scope of the study. Data were collected by conducting surveys online. The mentioned data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 program used in quantitative data analysis. Frequency analysis, parametric tests (T Test and ANOVA Test), correlation tests and regression tests were performed in accordance with the condition of the data and the hypotheses tested. The hypotheses formed as a result of the analyzes carried out were confirmed. According to this, the psychological capital of the participants positively and significantly affects their entrepreneurial tendencies; participants' psychological capital and risk-taking tendencies in a positive and meaningful way; it was understood that the risk taking tendencies of the participants affected their entrepreneurial tendencies positively and significantly.
