Sensitivity analysis of university students against environmental problems because of the urbanization

Today, rapidly on-going urbanization and problems because of urbanization, also environmental issues affect our lives in an important manner. The purpose of this research is to define the effects of urbanization problems on students who are mostly come from different cities. In that research, scanning model which is one of the descriptive research methods was used. In order to identify effects of urban issues, 3 parts of survey including students' credentials was fulfilled thanks to students of University of Sinop from Science Teaching, Classroom Teaching, Department of Biology and Environmental Health. The datas gathered from the end of the survey were analyzed via SPSS packaged software. At the end of studies, it is specified that most of students are affected by urbanization problems at the maximum level; unplanned urbanization, housing shortage, environmental and transportation issues have too much negative effect on university students. Besides, impacts of urban issues change according to the students' personal and social qualifications. It is evaluated that problems may solve via informing and precautions.
