Abstract (EN)

It is very difficult to determine the different behaviours patterns for the preferences of individuals in a realistic way. Individuals ' preferences vary, making it impossible to determine the preferences with a single behavior pattern. Rationally, individuals are expected to choose the alternative that will give them the highest benefit from different options in different conditions. At this stage, personal attitudes and differences, psychological factors to reflect the model requires the implementation of advanced preference structure models. Qualitative choice models; binary choice models in the case of individuals a choice between two alternatives, choose among alternatives in those cases where more than two are referred to as multiple choice models. Qualitative models of choice consider individuals and choices, according to the differences in the state of choice, is composed of models that can be quite diversified. With the development of technology, the factors that affect the election status of individuals, which can be observed and which can not be observed can also be added to the models, are presented in the form of advanced qualitative preference models. In this study, multinomial logistic regression model was used.
