Abstract (EN)

With globalization the changing market and trade needs have forced the industrial sector to renew itself and produce processes which are based on scientific studies. With this change, the concept of university industrial cooperation has been reshaped; the role of technoparks, R & D, technology and innovation activities in university industry cooperation has gained importance. As a product of university-industrial cooperation, technoparks have been places where scientific knowledge is transferred to industry and converted into commercial products, as well as places where new entrepreneurs are brought into the sector with incentives and support. In this study, the concepts of university industrial cooperation, Technoparks, R & D, technology and innovation are discussed in the historical development process within the academic framework and survey was conducted for enterprises operating in various sectors in organized industrial zones in Malatya. As a result of the analysis based on the survey results, contribution and effects of Malatya Technokent (Technocity) on the Corporation process between university and industry, R & D, technology and innovation activities were wanted to be measured.
