Abstract (EN)
Key Words: Strategic Management, Strategic Plan, Information Systems, Strategic Planning Management Systems. In the present-day, enterprises perform their activities in a working environment that there is ambiguity, highly risky and densely competition. For standing at a constantly changing and antistatic structure, they are required to have well-built and determined management. Nevertheless, at this environment, having considerably changes, managers hardly control the future. To get over this hardship, being one of the developed modern management structures, strategic management model becomes an implement that makes the managers look ahead confidently. In our country, this management glut, owing to the statutory obligation, becomes a management model which is started to use by various public and private institutions, especially by municipalities and universities. In our present day, strategic management models turn out to be management structures that are often used by universities from now on. Success can only be gained in this management model by integrating sources, relations, shareholders, qualities, processes and relative outputs as systems view. In this management model, in order to augment the performance, awarding and demand are required. Particularly, in our present day information systems being at an advanced level, we can use this system in diverse structures from data collection to the compilation and explanation. In this research, Strategic Management and Strategic Planning are pointed out. It is thereto informed about Strategic Management System which is constituted for the purpose of data collection and compilation at the Sakarya University.
