A research on the availability of process improvement techniques in production facilities

With the globalization, the size of the competition among enterprises has gradually increased. Businesses strive to improve their business while trying to carry out their activities in line with customer demands. This effort, which aims to achieve a more efficient workflow by eliminating wastes, should be the goal of all managers. This is precisely the goal that process improvement seeks to achieve. In this study; process and process management, process improvement techniques and tools, quality circles, kaizen and the benefits of using these techniques in production enterprises are examined in detail. The aim of this study is to determine the process improvement techniques in production availability. For this purpose, the theoretical knowledge on the subject and an application on this subject has been included. In this context, research model has been tested by using questionnaire technique in 105 production enterprises having quality certificate in various sectors in Malatya I. and II. Organized Industrial Zones. When analyzing the data obtained from the research, firstly descriptive statistics calculations are made, then t-test in multiple group comparisons, Anova test and correlation analysis was used.
