Abstract (EN)

In the industrial sector, there are intensive and complex production areas. It is necessary to ensure the passage of materials between stations or halls in the production area. Providing material transfer should not pose a problem in terms of occupational health and safety, and should not cause loss of time and energy. Production, in general, is defined as a whole consisting of elements that have relations between the system and are brought together to achieve a certain purpose. Each system is part of another larger system. For example, an assembly line is an integral part and subsystem of a factory, a factory of a holding, and a holding of an industry. Regardless of its size and type a production system, consist of five different elements. These; ıt can be shown as inputs, production process, outputs, feedback analysis and environmental elements that make up a production system. For the manufacture of the transfer car, first the project, then the analysis and production processes will be done. The transfer car, which will be studied for the thesis, will have the capacity to lift the material weighing approximately 5 tons statically and dynamically. Analysis studies will be carried out in this context. After the successful completion of this study, it will provide great convenience to businesses operating in the field of production in terms of both time, energy and reliability.
