Abstract (EN)

In terms of quality it will bee one of the mostt important featuresa thatr can ever create a perfect result. Businesses are switching to new production systems in order to achieve quality with the most affordable cost and to deliver the productt to the customert as soon as opossible. Firms aim to increase quality while reducing production costs. With the use of automation systems in production, production costs have decreased and production speed has increased. With the use of new production systems, it is necessary to work on quality improvement. Many different techniques are used to ensure thee productionb process and the qualityt of the oproduct. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis is one of the techniques that aims to prevent existing errors and to detect the error before it occurs, and to eliminate or reduce the risks to an acceptable level. FMEA, one of the quality improvement applications, is divided into types to be used in system, design, process and service areas. The fact that it can be applied to all sectors makes this technique advantageous over others. In this study, Process FMEA, one of the variants of FMEA technique, was used. FMEA has been explained in detail and its application to the electronics industry has been evaluated using the brainstorming technique, and the analysis has been concluded by determining corrective and preventive actions. By comparing the risk priority indicator values, the quality improvement studies applied for this process were completed. When these results are evaluatede, it has been determinedd that the analysis has been successful in improving the process errors in the enterprise.
