Özet (EN)
In this study, our aim is to develop a mobile application software that women diagnosed with stress urinary incontinency can use from their mobile phones in order to ensure the effective participation of patients in treatment, to monitor daily life activities, to ensure that the patient and health worker reach the records more comfortably, to increase the sense of responsibility, to provide training to prevent urinary incontinency by making regular trainings and reminders, and to examine its effectiveness. The study included 26 women diagnosed with stress urinary incontineance aged 18 and over a total of 26 female patients were randomized by simple method; It was divided into two groups: 13 female patient control groups and 13 women's app groups. In the study conducted with 26 female patients diagnosed with stress urinary incontineance, our patients were first asked to complete the "Case Report Form", which questions socio-demogrophic and clinical features. "Incontinence Impact Questionnaire" and "Urogenital Distres Inventory" to assess symptom severity, "Incontinence Severity Scale" was used in both groups (control and application group) to evaluate urinary incontinence, "Urine Diary (3 days)", "Incontinence Quality of Life" for urinary quality of life, "Nottingham Health Profile" for assessing quality of life, and "Global Recovery Scale" to assess overall improvement. The "System Availability Scale" survey was applied only to the application group to measure the availability of our mobile application. In our study, both mobile application application and pelvic floor rehabilitation performed by classical method were found to have a significant effect on incontinencline severity (p<0,001), urogenital dystres (p<0,001), incontinental effect (p<0,001) and incontinental quality of life (p<0,001) and global patient recovery (p<0,001) scores in women with stress urinary incontineanth. According to the findings of our study, pelvic-based exercises applied with mobile application significantly reduced urinary symptoms and improved quality of life in women with stress urinary incontinencies compared to the control group. As a result, more success has been achieved in the mobile application, both in incontinenment symptoms and quality of life, than in the classic application. According to the classical method, mobile application method provides access to more patients and the life span of patients who have difficulty coming to health institutions for various reasons increases. This mobile application we have developed can be safely recommended as a primary care treatment for stress urinary incontinens patients.
