Abstract (EN)

In this study, a decision support system for the utilization of renewable energy resources in military areas is proposed. In the creation of the system, it was focused on a system that can be obtained from wind or solar energy generally depending on the altitude and location of the base regions to be a self-sufficient in the base area, avoid unnecessary labor loss and ensure the use of the energy needed in the base region without any interruption. In this context, while determining renewable energy source alternatives, the criteria were determined by consulting expert personnel at the same time. Criteria for the selection of renewable energy sources in the literature have been added to the criteria prominent in the military issue. In the weighting of the criteria; The DEMATEL Method, which was developed to solve complex and interwined problem groups to contribute to the definition of applicable solutions in a hierarchical structure also reveal the relationship between the criteria and the SWARA Method, which includes less mathematical operations compared to other multi-criteria decision-making methods was used. In the choice/ranking of the alternatives, the SMAA-2 Method which can be used in cases where there is doubtful, uncertain, missing information, was used. Another features of the SMAA-2 Method, which are without entering the criterion weight information and evaluating the criteria only in order of importance, is presented as alternative solutions. The alternative results were combined with the BORDA Method and evaluated for five separate regions.
