Abstract (EN)

Corrosion and attrition is one of the most important factors in metal waste. One of the ways to protect the metal stuff is to surface them. In this study, high corrosion resistance, low wear resistance, but the surface of the Al plates, a high resistance to wear with amine modified polyetheracrylate and silica a multi-purpose coating material with the aimed to develop. For this purpose, two different amine modified polyetheracrylate, seven different proportion of silica nanoparticle and onium salt photoinitiators were mixed as a constant rate. This combination, has been covered on anodized aluminum test tablets by means of a template and has been surfaced via being hardened by UV-rays.The tensile samples have been prepared with the tests of tensile test, hardness test, SEM and EDX tests. The covered plates have been prepared with the tests of brightness, pencil hardness, scratch resistance, tape adhesive, and abrasion tests. The tests in question have been realized in light of ASTM and DIN standards and the results have been assessed.
