Uighur folk tales

This study, which has the name of Uighur Folk Tales, is composed of fifty texts of tale quoted from the book called Uighur Heliq Çöçekliri. In the introductory part, transcriptions of the texts are made after information about the tales is given, and tales are transferred into Turkey?s Turkish language. Next, patterns that take place in the tales are determined and characters are introduced as a result of scanning some of the works which are done in relevance to this subject directly or indirecly and which can be gotten through.It is aimed at this dissertation will contribute to similar studies to be done in Turkey, that the literary form of tale will be liked, and that Uighur Turks and their tales will be known more and more.Key Words1.Uighur2.Uighur Folk Tales3.Folk Tales4.Çöçeks5.Tales
