Words formation in the Uighur Khanate inscriptions

Language is a living being like human and it has a contınuous system. The language in this continuity generates new words. Word formation is the most important part which produces the words. Derivations which occur suıtable of language usage gives an oppurtunity to language to reproduce the words contınuously. Turkish is an agglutinative languages so its lexicology consist of mostly derived and compound noun. Uigur State exactly like Köktürk State which is dominant in the inner part of Central Asia left vestiges for the next generation. Uigur inscriptions are the subject of this work and these are the most ımportant sources for Turkish history and language. Our this work was prepared for research the 11 Runic letters remained from language of Uigur. Our purpose is in this work to clarify the debatable words. Lots of different sources are used to about usage prefix anda suffix. We compared suffix both are used in the text and the suffix are used in historical Turkish dialect at the end of the study the aimed goal were stated and general evaluation was made.
