Among individuals with low sleep maturity, the proportion of individuals with anxiety and depression risk is higher than those with sleep apnea syndrome with high marital adjustment. There is a statistically significant difference in the risk of depression and anxiety among marriage adjustment of individuals with sleep apnea syndrome (p<0.05). In conclusion, there is a relationship between depression and anxiety and marital adjustment in individuals with sleep apnea syndrome. This relationship is most likely a two-way relationship. In both cases it is both the cause and the consequence of the other. Individuals with sleep apnea syndrome should be evaluated for depression and anxiety and treated appropriately. The necessary support should be provided for individuals with sleep apnea syndrome who are experiencing marital adjustment problems.
