Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to measure learners' attitude to distance learning and find out their opinion if web based online training will be a real substitute for face-to-face campus training. Since the applied methods used in distance learning varies considerably between Turkey and the USA, a pioneer in this field, this study intends to reveal the difference of the attitudes between two groups. This research also aims to put forward how the learning outcomes and learner satisfaction are affected by the methods used and degree of interaction integrated into the online course.
