Özet (EN)

The defense industry is the fastest growing sector with technological developments all over the world. Autonomous and remote controlled weapons are regarded the most advanced weapons in today's battlefields. In this study, the effects of the flexible behavior of the steering gears in the remote controlled weapons on the aiming precision will be investigated. System was modeled in ANSYS software for observing material flexibilities at maximum motion ranges. Analysis run for flexible and rigid material conditions and solutions were compared. The vertical dynamics of the seven degrees of freedom four wheels and nine degrees of freedom six wheels vehicles simulate in MATLAB software for creating a realize environment. Turret system will be integrated on the vehicles, and when vehicles pass on an obstacle, turret stabilization is provided with PID controller. The final step of the study, ANSYS turret model, and MATLAB vehicle model will be connected. Turret system behavior will be observed on the realized vehicles with this ANSYS integrated MATLAB algorithm. Disturbance on the turret caused by vehicle vibration will be controlled with MATLAB Artificial Neural Network Tool.
