Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY Access to information and the use of information is an important factor for the developing countries. Human being must reach information whereever they are in the globalizied world. Fast and effective manner of obtaining information by using the latest technologies is crucial for individuals and societies which desire to reach information network. Education and learning took place in human beings life and continously has renewed and improved with the requirements of the epoch. Education sector benefits from the technological developments in every era. Distance learning has the background of three hundreds years. Firstly distance learning started out by using mail service. Nowadays, distance learning uses internet technology and information network. Internet which is known as the web of the networks presents information to individuals students in different geographical places students which have attended the virtual classes of distance learning technology by taking lectures from the places which has acess to internet. Distance learning has provide an advantage for working graduate and undergraduate students. For this reason undergraduate education is the main distance learning area for this part of students. In this study Operations Management has been designed as a distance learning lecture for the course of Business Management. IX
