As a consequence of increasing technology measurement devices has been improved and measurement operations which had been achieved only locationally in the past became applicable on wider areas with the aid of air and space platforms. At this point observed measurement data can be processed and stored fully in digital format. Rapid improvement of ramote observation which gets data about earth objects without any direct contact found an opportinity thanks to espacially improvements about air and space platforms after second world war.one of the most popular application of remote perceiving which contains space and air based many technics is space based optical monitorizing. İn this method three dimensional data about earth geaghraphy can be obtained under metric sensivity and accuracy thanks to modern optic satallite sensors which has very high geometric, radiometric and spectral resolution. Many tematic maps and virtual globes which is designed to contain whole world and which attracts attentions of users from many different diciplines has been produced by using these info so far. In this post graduate thesis vector map creation and rester swipe map creation at 3 periots between 2004-2018 years on the purpose of urban trasformation analyze have achieved at zonguldak province, kozlu ilçesi by the help of google earth which is the most preferred virtual globe. The changes are presented visiully and statistically and tesults are commented via these creations. İn addition, the problems encountered and recommended solutions during the application of methodology are presented.
