Üzeyir Hacıbeyli is a significant artist who has made important contributes to Azarbaijani art and literature life with his journalism, authorship and musical works which he has started from the beginning of the 20th centuries first years. He is the writer and composer of the very first opera which composed in the eastern societies. He has tried to educate publicity by using his stage plays without hesitation to show the defects of the society which he lives in.This study consists the translations of the comedy pieces named ?Er ve Arvad?, ?O Olmasın Bu Olsun?, ?Arşın Mal Alan? and analysis in terms of contents.In these mentioned 3 pieces of Üzeyir Hacıbeyli?s, a light has been thrown onto the structure of the society and life style of Azerbaijan in the beginning of the 20th century and some of the ideas which are accepted as a backward ideas and obstacles that put down devolopment of society has been criticised with humorous style.Key Words:1- Azerbaijani Literature2- Operetta3- Piece4- Comedy5- Üzeyir Hacıbeyli
