Abstract (EN)

The risk caused by competing conditions effects economic units. Markets of future are mediator for transfering the risks and there are some Exchanges founded in some parts of the world in order to carry out this duty and its representative in our country is Future and Option Exchange where some future contracts based on foreign exchange, interest, index and agricultural product are transacted.Some qualifications are needed for an agricultural product in order to be the subject for Future and Option Exchange. In the first part of the paper, not only the aim of the transaction, the features and the functions of Future Markets but also the Future contracts are explained. Moreover, Future and Option Exchange, some important Exchanges in the world and also some data about them are presented in the paper, too. In the second part, there are some considerable topics such as the importance and the elements of developing new products, Future Markets based on agricultural products, choosing the new agricultural products for Future Markets and making contracts. At last part, some important agricultural products for our country are determined whether they are suitable for Future and Option Exchange or not according to the qualifications required.Key Words: Future Contract, Future Markets, Future Contracts Based on Agricultural Crops.
