Object: The aim of this study is to draw attention to the improvement of working hours of health personnel by examining cognitive skills, emotional state and biochemical data in shifted and seizure health personnel. Materials and Methods: 30 day, 30 seizures selected from healthy, 25-50 years old volunteer adults who do not use any drugs working as health personnel in hospitals, medical centers and branch centers within the boundaries of the Ministry of Health within Manisa province and who do not have any disease thought to increase corticosteroid level. system and the computer system for health workers working on the 30-night shift. stress response rate-quality test (DT) 6 minutes, reasoning ability test (SPM) 15 minutes and continuous attention-problem solving ability test (COG) 15 minutes, selective attention test (SIGNAL) 20 minutes visual memory test (TAVTMB) The BECK Depression Scale, STAI 1 (state anxiety) scale, STAI 2 (trait anxiety) scale were used as psychological questionnaire. Then, blood pressure values obtained from volunteers were measured and recorded by three measurements. Glucose, ACTH, cholesterol, cortisol, TSH, estrogen, estrogen alpha and beta receptor, progesterone, testosterone and hemogram blood tests were taken by a trained health personnel from volunteers. Tests were performed in the morning on a full stomach for at least 8 hours of sleep and no coffee. Individuals with any disease thought to increase corticosteroid levels were excluded from the study. In addition, age, weight and height of all individuals were measured and all values were recorded. All tests will take approximately 1 hour in total. All data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 statistical program. Results: Autocontrol level and Spm IQ tests of the health personnel who worked during daytime shift between 6-10 years were found to be higher than the shift and seizure system employees. (P <0.05). Spm IQ and Cortisol values of shifted health personnel between 0-5 years were lower than those of shift and daytime health personnel. Cortisol and Estradiol levels of health personnel working shifts between 11-15 years were lower than those working in seizure and daytime system. (P <0.05). Conclusion: It was concluded that night work, which has the highest period of impact on health personnel working with shift and seizure systems, may have many physiological and psychological effects on health personnel.
