Abstract (EN)
This study is consisted of four chapters: In the first chapter the , introduction of thesis is given. In the second chapter, basic definitions are given. In the third chapter , Functionals, the first and the second Variations of A Functional, Euler - Lagrange Equation, Brakistokron Problem, Calculus of Variations in the case of depend and independend many of variables are researched. In the fourth chapter , Minimal Surfaces ,Regular Secondary Structures In Proteins and Energy Functionals Associated with Helices are expressed.
