Abstract (EN)
The reasons for the termination of the contract of mandates are regulated as Unilateral Termination, Dismissal, Death, Bankruptcy in articles 512 and 513 of the Turkish Code of Obligations. Contract of mandates is a relation of the liability. The reasons for ending the debts or relation of the debts which is in the article 131 of the Turkish Code of Obligations and its continuation should be discussed in the doctrine. In addition to the reasons for the spatial termination, it is controversial in the doctrine that all of the reasons that terminate the contract in general provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations can be applied in the contract of mandate and its associated results will be given to in my study at considering the provisions the Turkish Code of Obligations.
