Abstract (EN)
Melanoma is a type of skin cancer. However, with the development of early diagnosis and treatment opportunities, patients are diagnosed and treated at an early stage. Vemurafenib is a drug used in the treatment of melanoma disease. Vemurafenib has become a highly interesting and concentrated drug in recent years because of an increase in survival compared to dacarbazine in clinical trials with vemurafenib in previously untreated metastatic melanoma patients. An analysis for the determination of vemurafenib is required to support clinical studies and monitoring of therapeutic drugs. In order to obtain accurate and accurate results in the analysis of drugs, it is necessary to use preconcentration methods. Recently, a liquid phase micro-extraction technique called dispersing liquid-liquid micro-extraction (DLLME) has come to the fore. This method allows the injection of eg post-extraction directly into gas chromatography (GC) or highpressure liquid chromatography (HPLC), high enrichment rate, extraction and enrichment, as well as separation, low cost, speed and ease of operation. is attracting more and more people because of its superior advantages. In this doctoral study, pre-concentration, determination and optimization of vemurafenib was carried out by using dispersing liquid-liquid microextraction method. Thus, fast, high enrichment factor was obtained at low cost and very small amounts of vemurafenib were measured. This method, which was developed and optimized, was applied on artificial urine and water samples, and the results were statistically analyzed.
