Abstract (EN)
Various crime and penalties have been regulated in Tax Procedure Law and Banking Law, since a study, that compares those crime and penalties that have been mentioned earlier, has not been done before, the effects that those crime and penalties have on each other have been examined in the systematic of criminal law. The subject study aims to indicate how to conduct when implementing those crime and penalties in both regulations.
