Our subject of thesis is ?jurisdiction and authority at the legal remedy of tax conflict at juridical phase ? Rules of jurisdiction are rules of procedure that determines what judicial authority rule a case according to the subject of case. Authority is a rule of procedure that settles the judicial authority on the subject of the case that liable to look after about the limitations of the geographical area. Rules of authority and jurisdiction related to public order have a particular importance in our procedural law so at the legal remedy / solution of tax conflict according to administrative courts, at the tax courts that comprised of courts of special duties and taking work load into account that increases every year and number of the courts, the rules of proceeding about the authority and duty needs to be examined in detail.
