Abstract (EN)
Data minig which has wide usage and becomes more important at recent years, is the process of finding hidden and unknown patterns in huge amounts of data. One of the widely applied areas of data minig is Customer Relationship Management. Customer Relationship Management is an approach which focuses on customer retention, relationship development and increase in customer satisfaction.The purpose of this thesis is, to introduce data mining and customer relationship management in addition to make an application of a data mining model in telecommunication side. The study aims to determine the customers profile who likely to leave the firm and develop customized campaigns and marketing strategies. Classification techniques are used for determining the churners and the application results are presented.
